"Gallery Czech Puppets & Marionettes" accepts payments in US Dollars and $CA. Please see a full list of credit cards and payment methods, which we accept on our homepage.
All orders of products or services are subject to prevailing law, including, as appropriate, export and import regulations and boycotting restrictions, if any, imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over such orders, products or services.
All orders are fulfilled by "Gallery Czech Puppets & Marionettes", and shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.
RETURN POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 2 months of receipt of goods. Except where withdrawal is expressly agreed, the consumer can not withdraw from contracts for the supply of goods:
- whose price depends on fluctuations of financial markets beyond the control of the seller
- modified as desired by the buyer or his person
- subject to rapid deterioration, wear and tear
If it is decided to withdraw the purchaser within this period, the goods will be taken back to the following conditions:
- Goods must be complete, completely intact and unused
- Goods must be sent in original, undamaged packaging and well packed
- Goods must be returned with proof of purchase
When all the above conditions for return you money for goods (not shipping) will be sent on request by postal order, bank transfer or in cash, at the latest within 10 working days from receipt of the physical goods.
In the event that any of the above conditions, we can not accept cancellation of contract and consumer goods will be returned at buyer's expense back.
